The Greater Rajkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry [GRCCI] set up in 2001 is Registered. It is also Registered under section 12AA and 80 G of Income Tax Act 1961. It is a non political body and strictly maintenance it’s independence by restricting a person actively involved or holding and political position to be/ continue to be office bearer of the Chamber. It has direct membership strength of 1000 + which includes 50 + Trade & Industrial Associations and leading Chamber of Commerce of Gujarat. GRCCI has members not only from Rajkot, but entire Saurashtra and Kutch.
GRCCI has expert committees which devote their attention and co-ordinate activities in their areas of expertise. These committees also plan and implement exclusive events in their select spheres. GRCCI also extends its expertise, experience and feedback at numerous platforms, committees, councils, commissions and other bodies to facilitate business processes.
GRCCI has been actively promoting the object of furthering international business relations by hosting business meeting with visiting foreign delegations and sponsoring business delegations to all the corners of the globe. Apart from the above, GRCCI receives various delegations from abroad which encourage bilateral trade and economic co-operation with each of the countries.
